I also travel to these hospitals: Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, Schar Cancer Institute, Reston Hospital Center, and Virginia Hospital Center. The patient must be alert and aware of what they are signing and must be able to communicate.

What types of documents can you notarize?

- Legal documents: These include contracts, powers of attorney, deeds, travel consent forms, affidavits, adoption agreements, and more.

- Real estate transactions: Whether you're buying, selling, or refinancing your home, I will ensure that your documents are properly signed, witnessed, and notarized in compliance with Virginia law. If needed, I will also scan the signed file, send it back to title, and hand deliver it to FedEx or UPS.

- Estate planning documents: Once you've created your estate planning documents or living trust, I will ensure that the documents are properly signed, witnessed, and notarized. These documents include the medical/financial power of attorney, living trust, last will & testament, and more.
