What to Expect During a Hospital Notary Appointment

The signer must be alert, aware of the nature of the document, and willing to sign.

Some hospitals and healthcare facilities do not permit staff members to serve as document witnesses. Please check with the facility in advance.

I cannot prepare legal documents or advise you about their contents.

If you're arranging an appointment for someone else and cannot attend, we can discuss how the completed documents will be returned to you.
Printing / Scanning / Shipping Services
If you cannot print your documents, I can print them for you. I can also scan completed documents and email them to your attorney, title company, or family member, or drop them off at FedEx or UPS for shipping.
Please let me know in advance if you need printing, scanning, or shipping arrangements so we can discuss any applicable costs.
