Nottary Stars offers live (virtual) engaging classes and on-demand classes--both self-guided and digitally-guided training. I've been a Virginia notary public and loan signing agent since 2021. At the start of my notary career, I completed the National Notary Association training and the Notary2Pro certification. Monday Night General Mentorship Sessions

Like other Notary Stars students, my week isn't complete without tuning into the Monday General Mentorship Session (MGM), which is the FREE live Zoom session, open to the public, and where hundreds of notaries from all over the country ask the instructors for guidance relating to their work and share their successes. Topics include business matters, marketing, technology, notary laws, legal documents, and more. Their enthusiasm is simply contagious. This is the shot we notaries need to get ourselves focused and energized for the week. I recommend preparing your questions, taking notes, and making sure you check the chat because this session is packed with valuable information! If you miss a Mentorship session, you can always find the video replay on the Notary Stars YouTube channel. If you are unable to attend, you can submit a form on the Notary Stars website to ask your questions in advance. Their team will read your questions and address them in the live session.

Inspiring Guest Speakers

At least once a month, Ronnie and his team host a guest speaker who is an innovative industry leader either in the notary world or in a notary-related capacity. Guests have included the well-respected Laura Biewer, Jennifer Neitzel, the notary trainers who host the weekly Tuesday Notary Titans, and Matt Miller, the founder of CLIN, the California League of Independent Notaries. Current guest speakers include the following: First Mon: Dealora on health insurance and Travis on signing agent updates; Second Mon: Laura and Jen on estate/trust planning; Third Mon: Samantha on taxes and Stephanie on field inspections; Fourth Mon: Gabe on document translations and John on apostilles. The speakers will answer your questions as well.

Weekday Classes

Notary Stars classes are held each weekday and these are live, virtual sessions. They uphold high standards, as Unlimited Ink, their sister company/signing service, only hires well-trained notaries. The instructors are top notch, they welcome participation, and they are responsive when you ask for help. Beth brings many years of experience in title and escrow and presents each document in a specific loan product.

Notary Stars' Extensive Video Library

Notary Stars demonstrates what it means to provide quality customer service, and there is even a series of classes devoted to just that. When I accept a loan signing assignment, I prepare for it by watching Beth's video replays on the specific loan product in their expansive video library. It serves as a great refresher to keep you at the top of your game. There are hundreds of hours of on-demand classes on loan products in the video library; they're arranged by subject area in six different modules, and navigating through them is easy.

Direct Marketing and Digital Marketing Classes

Ronnie teaches one class in direct marketing and one class in digital marketing every week. He has attained WIX's official "legend" status, and he will walk students through the creation of a website from start to finish. He has a combination of technical expertise and a talent for artistic design. Within a few months in marketing class, I became proficient at creating a website; I learned search engine optimization (SEO); and I learned how to create social media posts using design software Canva. The on-demand marketing library covers topics on everything you need to be successful--from walking into title companies to creating dynamic web pages, resumes, and business cards.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Classes

Notary Stars doesn't stop with training for in-person signings or basic marketing. They go beyond by teaching notaries how to confidently deliver virtual services such as Remote Online Notarization (RON) and Remote Ink Notarization (RIN), areas where many other training programs fall short.
