I am your local in-person, mobile notary public who travels to YOU, at your convenience, in Vienna and Oakton, Virginia.  I provide notary services to individuals and businesses in 22027, 22124, 22180, 22181, 22182.

Enjoy the convenience of having a notary travel to you when you have important documents to notarize. Don't settle for the inconsistent training and experience of mailing service notaries. I'll save you the time and effort by traveling to your home, office, or healthcare facility. I'm a well-trained and highly experienced notary public who serves individuals and businesses in Vienna and Oakton, and throughout Fairfax County, Virginia.

Common notary-related questions people in Vienna and Oakton have:

What is the role of the notary public?

- The notary public verifies the identity of the signer; acts as an impartial witness to the signing; and confirms that the person appearing before them is signing knowingly and voluntarily, without duress. In Virginia, the notary can perform the following notarial acts: take acknowledgements, administer oaths and affirmations, certify a true copy of a document, and administer affidavits or depositions of witnesses.

How does the notary verify the signer's identity?

- The signer must present at least one form of a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, or as prescribed by the state of Virginia.
An acceptable form of ID contains a photograph, signature, and a physical description.

Do you travel to healthcare facilities?

- Yes, I travel to most assisted living facilities and rehab facilities throughout Fairfax County. I travel to Inova Fairfax Hospital and Fair Oaks Hospital as well. The patient must be alert and aware of what they are signing and must be able to communicate.

What types of documents can you notarize?

- Legal documents: These include contracts, powers of attorney, deeds, travel consent forms, affidavits, adoption agreements, and more.
- Real estate transactions: Whether you're buying, selling, or refinancing your home, I will ensure that the documents are properly signed, witnessed, and notarized in compliance with Virginia law. If needed, I will also scan the signed file, send it back to title, and hand deliver it to FedEx or UPS.
- Living Trust documents: Once you've created your estate planing package or trust, I will ensure that the documents are properly signed, witnessed, and notarized. These include the power of attorney, deed, last will & testament, certificate of trust, and more.

Aside from meeting at my home, where can I meet the notary?

- Some good meeting spots include your office, your attorney's office, the public library, a bank, or even a coffee shop.

I'd be happy to handle the notarization of your real estate and legal documents in Vienna and Oakton, Virginia.
