Notary Stars mission statement: Signing Agent Excellence
Notary Stars' Mission Statement

If you are searching for the best notary public trainers in the country and haven't yet discovered the incredible wonder of Notary Stars' extensive notary and loan signing agent training, then you'll need to read this. I've been a notary public and loan signing agent for four years. At the start of my notary career, I completed the National Notary Association training and the Notary2Pro certification. They provided me with a basic foundation, but I still was not confident enough to go out and offer my services to the public until six months in, when I found the Notary Stars training program. Notary Stars is the place to be if you want to expand your knowledge and your skills, create your own business, and become a skilled and sought-after notary professional in your area. With every class session, the owner, Ronie Mickle, and his staff embody their slogan, Dedicated to Signing Agent Excellence. They fulfill exactly what their mission statement says (shown above) and they have been successful in their hard work of elevating the notary profession. Ronnie and his staff provide engaging, in-depth, and up-to-date training for both beginner notaries and for those who already have a notary business. Like other NS students, my week isn't complete without tuning into the Monday General Mentorship Session--a live Zoom session, which is FREE and open to the public, and where hundreds of notaries from all over the country ask Ronnie Mickle and Beth Hathoot for advice concerning their work, business, marketing, technology, notary laws, and more. Ronnie and Beth's enthusiasm is simply contagious. This is the shot you need to get yourself focused and energized every Monday. They often host guest speakers who are industry leaders or work in notary-related fields. Guests have included the well-respected Laura Biewer, the notary trainer who hosts the weekly Tuesday Notary Titans, and Matt Miller, the founder of CLIN, the California League of Independent Notaries. Even though I'm not a California notary, I have learned a number of great lessons about getting the attention of my state legislators. I recommend having your questions prepared, taking notes, and making sure you check the chat because this session is packed with valuable information! If you miss a Mentorship session, you can find the video replays on Notary Stars' YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=notary+stars .If you are unable to attend, you may even send in your questions in advance via a form on their website, and their team will address it. Notary Stars classes are held each weekday and they're all live, online classes. They uphold high standards, as Unlimited Ink, their sister company/signing service, only hires well-trained notaries. The instructors are top notch, they welcome participation, and they are responsive when you ask for help. Beth brings many years of experience in title and escrow and presents each document in a specific loan product, while answering questions. They want you to be confident in your ability to serve your clients. Notary Stars demonstrates what it means to provide quality customer service, and there is even a series of classes devoted to just that. When I accept a loan signing assignment, I prepare for it by watching Beth's video replays on the specific loan product in their expansive video library. It serves as a great refresher to keep you at the top of your game. There are 150+ hours of recorded classes on the site; they're arranged by subject area in six different modules, and it's easy to navigate through them. In addition to the General Mentorship session, Ronnie teaches one class in direct marketing and one class in digital marketing every week. Since he has created hundreds of websites, he has attained WIX's official "legend" status. He will walk students through the creation of a website from start to finish. He has a combination of technical expertise and a talent for artistic design. Within a few months in marketing class, I become proficient at creating a website; I learned search engine optimization (SEO); and I learned how to create social media posts using the design software, Canva. The marketing video replay library is accessible to marketing students and covers topics on everything you need to be successful--from walking into title companies to creating dynamic web pages, resumes, and business cards. Notary Stars also publishes blog articles that demonstrate the class subject matter in the real world. Subjects include estate planning documents, hospital and jail work, RON issues, E&O insurance issues, starting a business, and much more. The Notary Stars organization has grown by leaps and bounds over the years and keeps additing talented instructors to their staff. What I find impressive is that they have fostered good relationships with other industry leaders who might otherwise be considered their competitors. It's an admirable thing in this day and age and they encourage us students to find creative ways to partner with other notary businesses too. Notary Stars is the best notary training in the country. They offer engaging and high-quality notary training that offers all the tools and resources you need to fulfill your potential. You might be amazed at what you can accomplish, step by step, with Notary Stars.
